Your Lookbook
Terms of Use
Last updated 7 November 2026
Using the app
These terms are an agreement between you and Lucy Petricka ("we"), the provider of Your Lookbook ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
- Who can use it. You must be at least 16, or have a parent or guardian's permission where the law requires it.
- Your account. Keep your sign-in details safe and give us accurate information. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Guest sessions are temporary: if you leave a guest session without creating an account, your looks are lost.
- Your content. The photos, notes and other things you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them to you, and nobody else, so the app can work. Only add photos you have the right to use.
- Privacy. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Premium subscription
Premium unlocks extra features such as your own tags, unlimited collections, packing lists, to do lists with reminders, wear stats and extra photos. The core app stays free.
- Price and billing. Premium costs $0.99 per month or $9.99 per year, or the equivalent in your local currency. Payment is taken from your Apple Account.
- Free trial. New subscribers get a 7 day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, your subscription starts and you're charged the plan price you chose. A trial can be used once per Apple Account.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- If your subscription ends. Nothing you made is deleted. Features that need Premium lock, and your custom tags, extra collections, packing lists, tasks and extra photos are kept and come back as soon as you subscribe again.
- Refunds. Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Where you live, you may have legal rights to withdraw from a purchase.
- Price changes. If the price changes, Apple will tell you and ask for your consent where required.
Rules, ending your account and liability
- Acceptable use. Don't misuse the app: no breaking the law, uploading content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights, trying to access other people's data, interfering with the service, or reverse engineering it.
- Ending your account. You can delete your account in the app at any time, which deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
- Changes to the app. We may update, add or remove features. We'll try to give notice of major changes that affect paid features.
- The app as provided. We work to keep the app reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Please keep your own copies of photos you can't afford to lose.
- Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law, or our liability for things the law says we can't exclude.
- Apple. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user terms also apply. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its support.
- Law. These terms are governed by French law. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a dispute before the courts where you live.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect. If you keep using the app afterwards, you accept the new terms.
