Your Lookbook

Privacy Policy

Last updated 7 November 2026

The short version

Your Lookbook ("the app", "we") stores the outfits, closet items and notes you add, so you can plan what to wear. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't track you across other apps or websites. You can delete your account and everything in it from the menu at any time.

The app is run by Lucy Petricka, an individual. Contact: yourlookbookapp@gmail.com.

What we collect

The app does not currently use advertising or analytics tools, and it does not collect your location or contacts.

Your photos and notes are private to your account. We don't use them to train any models, and we don't look at them except if you ask us for help.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your data. We share it only with the services that run the app for us, and only as much as they need:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Where it is stored, how long, and how it is protected

Your data is stored with Supabase in the Americas, which is outside the European Economic Area. For people in the EEA and the UK, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for that transfer.

Photos are kept in a private storage area and shown to you through links that expire. Each account can reach only its own data. All connections to the app are encrypted.

We keep your data for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account from the menu, your looks, items, photos and everything else in your account are deleted. Copies in backups are removed within 30 days. Guest data is deleted when a guest leaves the guest session or deletes it from the menu.

No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you store here.

Your rights

If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK or similar regions, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and you can object to how we use it. Where we rely on your consent, such as for reminders, you can withdraw it at any time. You can delete your account yourself in the app. For anything else, email yourlookbookapp@gmail.com and we'll reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. In France that is the CNIL (cnil.fr).

If you live in California, you have similar rights to know, delete and correct your data. We don't sell or share personal information for advertising.

Children

The app is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
